THANKS FOR USING ZELLE

(OR AT LEAST THINKING ABOUT IT) 

TLDR

Enter the word Zelle as a coupon code in the cart or checkout page and it will zero out the total. Add a note (or reply to your order confirmation email) and tell us where to send the Zelle payment request (a phone number or email). Click the place order button. 

WHY? 

Okay here is the part where we mention how we are a small business 🏭, we are veteran owned 🗽, family 👨‍👩‍👦, oriented, etc. Hopefully that makes us a bit more likeable.

We think it’s total 🐂💩 that every bank feels they deserve 3-4% of every dollar we earn just for the convenience of paying with an app or card. We fully admit that this sucks, but the system will add their fees to the cost of every order to cover those fees. You will see this as Card/App Payment Processing as a line item on the checkout page. 

You: Yea, I see your point, but I still don’t want to pay the extra fee.

Us: We get it. You can pay us by Zelle to avoid these fees.

You: I’m down. How do I pay you by Zelle?

Us: Cool, instructions are below.

  1.  Enter zelle into the coupon code box in the cart page or checkout page and click Apply coupon.
    • It doesn’t matter if you type ‘zelle’ or ‘Zelle’ or ‘zeLLe’
    • Any version of the code works, or at least the 2 or 3 versions we tested worked so you’re probably fine
    • Or just be normal and type zelle
    • Anyways, this will zero out the total for all products, services, and shipping charges.  
  3. If you are in the cart click proceed to checkout. If you clicked the buy now button you go directly to the checkout page. 
  4. Enter your name and shipping information.
  5. This is the most IMPORTANT part. You have to click “add order note” from the checkout page and tell us what phone number or email you want us to send the zelle payment request. If you forget just respond to order confirmation email with your zelle contact info. 
  6. Click Place order. You’re done for now.
  7. What you have done is generated an order in our system so we know what you want, how much it costs, and where to ship it. 
  8. We will send you a Zelle payment request (with no fees) to the number or email you gave us above. Usually same day and within an hour. Call or text to expedite. 
  9. Make the payment through your Zelle and/or your banking app. 

Are you super impatient (we blame Amazon) and don’t want to wait on our payment request?

You can scan the QR code below from your Zelle bank app, or just send the payment to us at info@pcmtuners.com.

  1. The amount to send us would be the total that was “zeroed out” by the Zelle coupon code. 
  2. Most Zelle banking apps will say you are sending money to ‘MAC AUTO’. This is correct, it is the LLC name for PCM Tuners.
  3. If Zelle doesn’t say ‘MAC’ or ‘MAC AUTO’ then you are not sending money to us.
  4. Treat Zelle like cash, if you send payment to the wrong account, they may not send it back.
