Important: Programming and tuning cannot repair a defective module, damaged wiring, a weak battery, a communication fault, or a mechanical problem. We can diagnose many of these issues and explain what must be repaired before programming or tuning can continue.
Mobile Automotive Services

ECU and Module Programming

Modern vehicles contain many computers that must contain the correct software, VIN data, security information, configuration, and vehicle-specific settings. Replacing a module often requires more than simply plugging it in.

Used Module Programming

Many used ECM, PCM, TCM, BCM, TIPM, RF Hub, and other modules can be reused after the correct programming, configuration, security, relearn, or data-transfer procedure is completed.

Compatibility depends on the vehicle, module family, hardware number, software level, donor part, and available programming method.

New or Virgin Module Programming

New and virgin replacement modules may require factory software, VIN programming, vehicle configuration, immobilizer setup, coding, initialization, and post-installation relearns.

Module Cloning

Cloning copies readable data from an original controller into a compatible replacement. Depending on the module, this may include immobilizer data, coding, VIN information, calibration data, or other vehicle-specific information.

Cloning is different from factory programming. Factory programming installs approved software and configuration; cloning transfers data from the original module.

Factory Software Updates and Reflashing

We use supported OEM and professional programming systems to install available factory software, perform replacement-module procedures, and complete supported setup functions for GM, Ford, Mopar, and other vehicle manufacturers.

Security, Immobilizer and Relearn Procedures

Some module replacements require key, immobilizer, theft-deterrent, transmission, throttle, crankshaft, camshaft, steering, or other vehicle-specific relearn procedures after programming.

Advanced Diagnostics

DTC programming and code-related services

Clearing a diagnostic trouble code with a scan tool is not the same as changing the calibration that controls whether a code is reported. Calibration-based DTC programming may be available for supported applications when the request is appropriate and lawful.

We do not treat every warning light as a tuning problem. Misfires, wiring faults, communication codes, fuel-pressure faults, throttle faults, crankshaft or camshaft faults, charging problems, and similar issues generally require diagnosis and repair.

Gasoline and Diesel Tuning

We tune stock vehicles, lightly modified vehicles, engine swaps, camshaft combinations, forced-induction builds, and supported diesel applications. The correct process depends on the vehicle, controller, modifications, and goals.

Stage 1 Tuning

Stage 1 tuning is intended for stock or lightly modified vehicles. It may improve horsepower, torque, throttle response, drivability, transmission behavior, and other supported calibration functions while retaining the vehicle's basic factory hardware configuration.

Custom Performance Tuning

Custom tuning is used when the vehicle has modifications that require calibration changes, such as headers, intake changes, intercoolers, downpipes, exhaust changes, injectors, camshafts, engine swaps, or forced induction.

We support many GM, Ford, Mopar, BMW, Mini, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Toyota/Lexus, Nissan/Infiniti, Jaguar, Land Rover, and other applications. Support varies by model, year, engine, controller, and available tools.

Camshaft, Engine Swap and Power-Adder Startup Tunes

A startup tune is a base calibration used to get a modified vehicle operating well enough to inspect the installation, verify sensor operation, identify problems, and prepare for final street or dyno tuning.

Depending on the application, startup work may include idle speed, idle airflow, idle spark, MAF calibration, VE or VVE calibration, injector data, and disabling deleted or unused features such as DOD, AFM, or MDS. Unnecessary engine-swap DTCs may also be addressed.

A startup tune is not automatically a completed performance tune. Engine swaps, camshafts, and power adders may require mechanical repairs, additional logging, street tuning, dyno tuning, or multiple sessions.

Diesel Tuning and Diesel ECU Service

We support many Ford Power Stroke, GM Duramax, Dodge and Ram Cummins, BMW diesel, Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, VW, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, construction, agricultural, and off-road diesel applications.

Diesel services may include performance and drivability calibration, diagnostic support, factory software correction, module cloning, ECU unlocking, bench flashing, and custom calibration work.

Phone-app, handheld and switchable tuning

Some vehicles can use customer-operated tuning hardware or phone-based flashing platforms. Supported options may include HP Tuners RTD, Bootmod3, Alientech Powergate, Autotuner One, Magic Motorsport IXI, SCT devices, and similar systems.

These solutions allow the owner to install or change supported calibrations without returning the vehicle for every reflash. Availability depends on the vehicle and controller.

ECU, DME and TCM Unlock Services

Many newer controllers are protected against normal OBD tuning. An unlock changes the controller so supported tuning tools can read, write, or reflash it. The required method may be on-site, bench, boot-mode, or mail-order service.

Mopar, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram ECU Unlocks

On-site unlock support is available for many 2015 and newer Mopar controllers used in Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Some applications also require a Security Gateway bypass cable for OBD access.

BMW, Mini and Toyota Supra DME Unlocks

Bench and on-site DME unlock service is available for many BMW, Mini, and Toyota Supra applications used with supported tuning platforms such as Bootmod3, MHD, and professional flashing tools.

VW, Audi and VAG TCM Unlocks

Supported transmission controllers used in VW, Audi, and other Volkswagen Group vehicles may require bench access or unlocking before they can be reflashed through OBD.

Bosch MG1 and MD1 Unlocks

Newer Bosch MG1 and MD1 engine controllers used in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, and other European vehicles may require bench, boot-mode, or mail-order unlocking before tuning.

Newer GM ECU Unlocks

Many newer GM controllers used in Corvette, Silverado, Sierra, Escalade, and related platforms require an unlock before supported tuning software can reflash them.

Module Removal and Mail-Order Coordination

When an unlock must be completed by a specialized outside service, we can remove the controller, coordinate the mail-order process, reinstall the module, and continue with supported programming or tuning.

How to Prepare for Mobile Service
Send complete vehicle information Include the year, make, model, engine, transmission, VIN when relevant, requested service, and vehicle location.
Send module information For replacement modules, send clear photos of the original and donor labels, part numbers, service numbers, and connector sides.
Send codes and symptoms Include diagnostic trouble codes, scan reports, symptoms, prior repairs, and what changed before the problem began.
Provide a healthy battery The vehicle must have a fully charged, dependable battery. Stable voltage is critical during programming and recovery work.
Make the OBD port accessible The diagnostic connector and vehicle network must work. Communication faults may require diagnosis before programming can begin.
Prepare modified vehicles Engine swaps and performance builds should be mechanically complete, leak-free, wired correctly, and supplied with accurate parts information.

What is a startup tune?
A startup tune is a base calibration for a camshaft upgrade, engine swap, forced-induction build, or other major modification. It gets the vehicle operating well enough to verify the installation and prepare for final street or dyno tuning.
Do you repair mechanical problems?
