SCT Transmission Tune
Transmission tuning is one of the biggest drivability upgrades you can makeโfaster shifts, less hunting, better throttle response, improved lockup strategy, and a transmission that feels confident (not lazy or โconfusedโ).
What We Change
- Line pressure increases for firmer, cleaner shifts
- Torque management optimization for faster, more consistent shift timing
- Shift speed improvements (reduced time between gears)
- Shift schedule refinement to reduce hunting and inconsistent behavior
- Converter lockup strategy improvements for drivability, towing, and heat control
- Tow/Haul optimization (when applicable)

Choose Your Shift Feel
Sport (Recommended)
The way the factory should have set it up: quicker shifts, consistent timing, better throttle response, less hunting, and coordination for common upgrades (cam, converter, etc.).
Aggressive (Very Firm)
Same strategy, but firmness turned up. This one bangs gears. Your passengers (and the uninformed) may think something is wrongโnot for the faint of heart, this is FIRM.
Both options are the same priceโchoose the feel you want.
Standalone or Paired With an Engine Tune
- Can be purchased standalone if you already have a tune.
- Best results when paired with a PCM Tuners engine tuneโengine + transmission calibrations work together.
- If youโre tuned by someone else, results may vary (weโre tuning โbehind/afterโ another calibration).
