2018+ Dodge Smart Access Cable
Required hardware for many 2018+ Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and Chrysler applications using HP Tuners. This cable allows read, write, and certain special functions through HP Tuners VCM Suite, making it an important piece for supported late-model Stellantis tuning and diagnostics.

Basic Installation Overview
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery terminal
- Locate the vehicle security module
- Remove the wider plug from the security module and connect it to the Smart Access Cable
- Plug the Smart Access Cable into the now-vacant port on the security module
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal
- Then connect your HP Tuners interface through the vehicle’s normal OBDII port
