2015+ GPEC PCM Unlock Service

Mail-in unlock service for GPEC, GPEC2, and GPEC2A PCMs used in Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles. We unlock your original controller for OBD-II tuning with HP Tuners or DiabloSport. This service does not change the stock calibration.

Make sure this is your controller

• Controller: GPEC, GPEC2, or GPEC2A PCM. Compatibility is determined by the controller hardware and label, not model year alone.
• Vehicles: Commonly used in 2015+ Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Chrysler applications.
• Common engines: 3.6L Pentastar, 5.7L HEMI, 6.4L HEMI, and 6.2L supercharged HEMI applications equipped with a supported controller.
• Common models: Charger, Challenger, Durango, 300, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Gladiator, Ram 1500/2500/3500, and other compatible applications.

• Your stock calibration remains unchanged.

• Typical 1–3 business-day shop turnaround after receipt.

This product does not include tuning, credits, a tuning device, or a security-bypass cable.

Choose your tuning platform

• Select HP Tuners or DiabloSport on the service request form.
• The unlock is platform-specific and cannot be switched later.
• Most 2018+ vehicles also require a compatible security-bypass cable for OBD-II flashing.

How mail-order service works

1. Purchase this service.
2. Complete the service request form using your order number. Include your HP Tuners or DiabloSport selection.
3. Remove and securely package the PCM with enough padding to protect the case, connectors, and mounting points.
4. Ship it to the address below. Put your order number inside the package and on the address line.

5. We unlock the compatible controller and return it with tracking.

Before you remove the PCM

• Disconnect vehicle power and follow the correct service procedure for your application.
• Do not pry on the connectors. A small amount of isopropyl alcohol around a stubborn connector seal can help it release.
