⚠️ Important Notes
- You need to choose a platform (reply to order confirmation or note in box) — HP Tuners default if not specified
- 2018+ models need a bypass cable (12+8 or Smart Access) for OBD flashing
- No credits or tuner hardware included
📦 Shipping Instructions (To Send Your PCM to Us)
- Remove your PCM from the vehicle (YouTube University for your specific model if needed)
- Pro tip: squirt rubbing alcohol on/in, and around the GPEC connectors to get them unstuck
- Package securely with plenty of padding
- Include a note inside the box with:
- Cell phone number
- Order number (or attach confirmation)
- Platform selection: HP Tuners or DiabloSport + any custom details
- USPS recommended (locked mailbox delivery). UPS/FedEx ok, but may cause delays if the driver decides not to leave it (sometimes we are away from the shop).
