Why Go Beyond Just Unlocking?

Most 2015+ FCA/Stellantis vehicles use a locked PCM that prevents normal tuning access. We permanently unlock the PCM for HP Tuners or DiabloSport and can also install custom calibration changes for improved power, throttle response, shifting, and drivability.

Important Notes

  • Select either HP Tuners or DiabloSport. HP Tuners will be used if no platform is specified.
  • Most 2018+ vehicles require a 12+8 bypass cable or Smart Access Cable for OBD flashing.
  • Tuner hardware, bypass cables, and licensing credits are not included unless specifically selected.
  • Transmission tuning is not included unless specifically purchased.

PCM Unlock Shipping Instructions

Follow these instructions when sending your PCM to us for mail-in unlocking or tuning.

  1. Place your order before completing the service form.
  2. Complete the PCM Tuners Service Request Form using the order number from your confirmation email.
  3. Remove the PCM from the vehicle. Location varies by model.
  4. Rubbing alcohol can help release stubborn GPEC electrical connectors. Apply it around the connector seals before carefully disconnecting them.
  5. Package the PCM securely in a sturdy box with adequate padding.
  6. Write your order number on the package and ship it to:

USPS is recommended because the package can be delivered to our locked mailbox. UPS and FedEx are accepted, but delivery may be delayed if a signature or in-person handoff is required.

Turnaround Time

  • Typical turnaround is 1–3 business days after receipt.
  • Tracked return shipping is included.

Before Shipping

  • Confirm the correct service level and tuning platform.
  • Include all vehicle and modification details on the service form.
  • Make sure your order number is clearly marked.

Atlanta-Area Same-Day Service

Turnkey same-day service is available by appointment for qualifying vehicles.

  • Shop service: $1,800 by Zelle or cash
  • Mobile service: $2,600 by Zelle or cash
  • A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to schedule either service.

The service includes PCM removal and installation, bench unlocking, HP Tuners credits, an RTD device, and a custom calibration that can be updated through an app on your phone.

  • Best suited for stock or bolt-on vehicles with intake and exhaust modifications.
  • Same-day service is not available for camshafts, injector upgrades, major engine builds, or Hellcat/Redeye pulley upgrades.
  • The vehicle must have no warning lights, active faults, or existing drivability problems.
