📦 Shipping and Order Instructions (To Send Your PCM to Us)

1. Remove your PCM from the vehicle (YouTube University for your specific model if needed)
2. Pro tip: squirt rubbing alcohol on, in, and around the GPEC connectors to get them unstuck
3. Package securely with plenty of padding
4. Optional (but a good idea) complete the HEMI tune request form (links in menu above) AFTER you place the order. You will need to enter your order number from your confirmation email.
5. Include a note inside the box with:
   • Cell phone number
   • Order number (or attach confirmation)
   • Platform selection: HP Tuners or DiabloSport + any custom details
6. USPS recommended (locked mailbox delivery). UPS/FedEx ok, but may cause delays if the driver decides not to leave it (sometimes we are away from the shop).
