Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.
What Service Did You Order?
VATS ONLY
VATS, DTC, and EDIT SETTINGS
ADD POWER, VATS, DTC, and EDIT SETTINGS
If you need help call or text – 678-862-3917. I try really hard to answer the phone when it rings, but sometimes it’s just not possible. If I don’t answer then send a text message and be patient.
Did you order VATS Delete ONLY? If yes, you don't really need to complete this form.
OK
Don’t tell me what to do
I ordered a cheeseburger
Order Number (From your order confirmation email) – Usually 4 or 5 digits – like 9512
*
I listed this first and made it required because I really prefer you place an order before filling out the form.
Customer Name

We may have a question or need clarify something. So please give me a number that you will actually answer or return a text message on. Help me help you.
Vehicle Year
*
Vehicle Model
*
Engine Swap? If yes, we will setup the codes accordingly.
*
Yes
No
Answer these 2 questions if you are doing an engine swap
#1) What is the year, make, model of the donor vehicle (what did the engine come from)? #2) What is the year, make, model of the vehicle you are putting the engine into?
Engine Size
In liters please – 4.8, 5.3, 6.2, etc
Remove Vehicle Anti Theft System (VATS)?
Obviously yes
Please read the note below
On stock vehicles, the security/theft light on the dash may remain on, flash, or behave intermittently (because it is controlled by the body control module). This can be annoying, but know that VATS has been deleted. No, we don’t know how to tune the BCM. You can pull the light if it really bothers you. Also, this does not affect the programming changes we make in the ECM/PCM. As long as all other systems are functioning properly, the engine will start no matter what the BCM and security light does.
Enable Electric Fans?
*
Yes
I have a mechanical fan
If you’re upgrading to electric cooling fans on a GM truck or SUV, we can code the PCM to control of the fan relays. Once we enable eFan control you can wire the relays to stage 1 fan on / 2 fans on, or low speed/high speed.
Transmission swap?
*
Yes
No
If you did a transmission swap (leave blank if you didn't)
Automatic to manual
4L60 to 4L80
Something else (please enter details below)
Notes – ordered
Shift Firmness if you ordered transmission tuning (included on 4L60/4L80 vehicles)
Stock
Sport (recommended)
SEND IT (best for performance and life of transmission, but this is FIRM – you’ve been warned)
Torque Converter
Stock, 2400 RPM Stall, Specific brand and model number, etc
Rear Axle Gear Ratio
No change? Just type stock. Did you get a “random” PCM for your swap? Or maybe you just bought this thing, and you suspect it has a different gear in it (because the speedo is off). We really need to know the differential gear ratio for best results in transmission tuning and shifting. You can check the RPO codes (usually found in the glovebox—search the code list online), or determine it manually by lifting the rear of the vehicle and counting how many times the driveshaft turns for one full rotation of the wheel.
Rear Tire Size
i.e. 265/65R18, etc
Heads
If stock just write stock or put the casting number i.e. “799” or “243” Otherwise please tell us the brand and part number, for example, “Airflow Research AFR-1501” or just send a link to the product
Fuel Injectors
If the injectors are stock/already matched to the PCM, you can simply write “stock” and move on. If they are not stock, we need the exact brand and model number. Even if they are a larger OEM GM injector, we still need to know precisely which one it is. General descriptions like “42 lb injectors” or “600 cc injectors” are helpful for context, but they are not sufficient on their own. Accurate injector data is critical to making the correct adjustments in the calibration, so please be as specific as possible.
Fuel Octane
*
87
89
91
93
For stock or lightly modified vehicles, regular fuel is fine and will still provide good results. Premium fuel is best for performance. Please select what you will run, and make sure that is what is in the tank when the tune is installed. If your vehicle calls for premium fuel from the factory then you really need to use premium. If you have major modifications, such as cams, heads, or major airflow upgrades, you should run premium. Higher octane fuel is resistant to engine knock, and gives us more “room” to increase ignition timing.
Headers/Cats?

Stock/165/195/etc
Disable DOD/AFM?
Yes, please make this always run in V8 mode as God intended.
No, I totally trust GM engineers and I know they have my best interest at heart.
Did you remove the DOD lifters and change them for normal lifters?
Yes
No
Remove Speed Governor?
Yes
No
Tell me About How You Use Your Vehicle
Daily driver, street/strip, track only, show, heavy towing, occasional towing, heavy foot, etc.
Active DTCs (list active or pending DTCs) (Do not list DTCs that say "permanent" or "history")
*
Diagnostic Trouble Code = DTC, commonly known as a check engine light. If no DTCs are present just put “none” or NA, or whatever. I am not here to tell you how to live your life, but some type of entry is required.
Drivability Notes
Okay so that last part is a joke. We can’t fix mechanical/electrical issues with a tune, but we will try to help you if we can.
Something else? Special Requests? We will do our best.
