Custom PCM / ECM Tuning for Supported Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM Vehicles
Send us your Mopar PCM/ECM and we will modify the calibration to improve power, throttle response, drivability, and overall performance. This service is designed for daily driven Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles with common bolt-on modifications including cold air intake, headers, exhaust systems, tire size changes, and gear ratio changes.

Optional Settings Available by Request
These settings can usually be adjusted during the tune depending on the vehicle and controller:
- MDS disable
- Speed governor removal
- DTC disable for removed or unused components
- Tire size correction
- Fan temperature changes where supported
In some cases we may recommend upgrading to a remote tuning session to perfectly dial in the calibration.
Burble tune options on supported platforms
PCM Tuners is known for custom burble tune options that create audible pops and crackles during deceleration on supported vehicles. Depending on the application and tune level, more aggressive setups may also produce louder bangs or visible flame effects.
• Aggressive Burbles – louder pops and bangs with more aggressive behavior, generally reserved for more heavily modified combinations
• Flame Calibration – highly aggressive flame-oriented setups only appropriate for certain vehicles and track or motorsports use
These effects are achieved through calibration changes that increase exhaust heat and stress on engine and exhaust components. They can contribute to catalytic converter damage, increased wear, reduced reliability, and emissions-related problems. For that reason, aggressive burble calibrations are not recommended for daily driven vehicles.
Burble features should only be used responsibly and only on properly equipped vehicles. More aggressive flame-oriented settings are intended for track or motorsports use only.
Supercharger, Turbo, and Camshaft Upgrades
We can provide a base startup tune for many mild to moderate performance combinations. However, heavily modified vehicles including large camshafts, boosted setups, injector upgrades, or custom engine builds typically benefit from remote tuning for best results.

Important Note for 2015+ Mopar Vehicles
Most 2015 and newer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles use a locked PCM. These computers cannot be tuned through the OBD port until they are unlocked.
Due to factory security restrictions implemented by Stellantis, the PCM must be physically modified to allow read/write access before tuning software can communicate with it.

Once the PCM has been unlocked, it can be tuned normally through the OBD2 port and supports full calibration changes including fuel, spark, torque management, transmission tuning, and performance modifications.

- We modify the calibration and test the file.
