⚠️ IMPORTANT
In rare cases, ECUs may be tuner-locked, bricked, or unreadable for reasons outside our control. If this occurs, your module will be returned unmodified and you will receive store credit, valid for a future service on another ECU.
It’s uncommon, but we’ve seen it before — if your ECU is TUNER (not factory) locked, you’ll still get full credit for the service on a different unit. Sorry, we can’t unlock it.

I am not sure which options I need – what do I buy?
Just buy the $300 base tune. After we receive your ECU we’ll tell you if boot mode, unlock, or extra features are required and invoice the difference (or refund if not needed).
How much power will I get?
Naturally aspirated + premium fuel:
• 4-cylinder → +10–15 HP & TQ
• 6-cylinder → +15–20 HP & TQ
• 8-cylinder → +20–30 HP & TQ
Factory boosted / turbo → +25 to +100 hp (common range)
Supporting mods intake / exhaust, etc. → +additional 5–30 HP & TQ

How long does it really take?
1–3 business days once we receive it. 95 % of customers have their ECU back within a week of shipping it to us.
Do you support my car?
Yes, most likely. We can tune thousands of ECUs in hundreds of different car brands. If it’s listed in Alientech, MMS Flex, SCT Flash, or HP Tuners vehicle lists → yes. Still unsure? Text 678-862-3917.
What is Boot Mode? Do I need it/when is it required?
Probably not. It’s rare, but some ECUs (usually newer) require us to open the case and connect directly to the board. You won’t know in advance — we’ll tell you after we receive it. If needed we’ll invoice the extra $150 before proceeding (or refund minus a $50 handling/return fee if you change your mind). You can also contact us before ordering
