PCM Tuners provides tuning support for Gen 3 and Gen 4 HEMI engine swap projects. These swaps often require calibration changes before the engine will start or run correctly. Typical adjustments include security configuration, sensor setup, drivability calibration, fan control, and tuning changes for modified engines.
HEMI engine swaps are increasingly common across a wide range of vehicles. Whether the goal is improved performance, modern engine management, or a complete drivetrain upgrade, the PCM calibration usually needs modification for the new platform.
Mail order tuning works well for many swap projects where the PCM must already be removed from the vehicle. The calibration can be configured before installation so the engine starts and runs correctly once installed.
Remote tuning allows calibration refinement using datalogs from the vehicle. This approach is often preferred for modified engines, camshaft builds, and custom combinations where additional tuning adjustments may be required.
If the swap uses a 2015+ HEMI platform, the PCM may also require a GPEC unlock before it can be flashed with HP Tuners.
Choose the tuning method that fits your swap project and get your HEMI-powered vehicle running correctly.
